Who has access KLA Supply? 

This portal is admin use only. School Owners and Directors are the authorized school users, as KLA Supply is for internal use.

Can parents purchase items from KLA Supply? 

No. Schools may purchase items for staff members and parents, but the portal is for admin use only.

 Can I request a different color of an item that is not available on KLA Supply? 

 No. For new item suggestions or feedback please contact the marketing department. 

 Can I order a product that is not available currently on KLA Supply from another vendor?

No. KLASupply.com is the only authorized vendor for KLA Schools licensed materials such as brochures, promo items and more. If you have a branded items need that falls outside of what is offered, please contact the marketing department.

Can students wear branded apparel instead of uniforms? 

Branded apparel is not meant to replace the uniforms; however, you can order these for your families as a special gift.

Can teachers wear branded apparel such as sweatshirts and t-shirts instead of uniforms?

No. Branded apparel does not replace teacher uniforms. Casual apparel, such as sweatshirts should only be worn for casual Friday, professional development days when the school is closed, or a school event that’s outside such as Picnic Day.

Are name badges required for the admin team and teachers?

 Yes, they will be required for the next school year. Name badges are very important for safety purposes and they are helpful for children to determine their teachers.
